Yes. We can build the project model based on your CAD drawings. The most important files that we need is the floor plan, elevations as well as the sections. For exterior renderings, we usually only build the model that can be seen in the 3d view.

Our office is based in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. But this usually should not be a problem for us. We have worked with clients for almost 10 years and we mainly taking outsource works. We can easily communicate via emails, phone calls or video meeting.
The turnaround time depends on the time schedule. If you have a tight time schedule, please let us know in advance. We will arrange our project director to negotiate the time with you. But usually the rough delivery time will be 1 week for the 3D architectural renderings and 2 weeks for a 1 minute architectural walk-through/animation.
In most occasions, there will be no additional charges for the revisions. But if the scale for changing is very large, we are afraid that there may be additional charges which ranges from 30%-80% percent.
For regular project, we can offer several rounds of revisions before final rendering within the turnaround time.
As a professional visualization company. We always trying to provide the best service for our client. Therefore, we keep all the project as confidential ones if we did not get the approval for using them(usually we will ask client for marketing purpose). Non-Disclosure Agreements will be signed if needed.
We accept all kinds of files to start the rendering project. If you do not have the model and only have the rough sketch or photos, we can also offer the modeling service for you. And usually we will need these files to start if you have: 3D models, CAD files (site plan,floor plans, sections, elevations..etc) as well as the project location information (usually google image will help a lot).
Usually the cost depends on the project itself. We will review all the project information before quoting.
